Great service here!

Lack of knowledge and terrible customer service. In addition, this store is very expensive.

Helpful, Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Competitive prices. Had a great experience buying a bike for my 8yr old daughter. We found the perfect bike for her & the staff gave her the confidence to ride. I will be going back soon to buy a new bike for myself!

Excellent repair service from Josh today. Made some hardware changes to the bike and got a brake service. Josh was friendly and extremely helpful. I've purchased three bikes and many accessories from BG and have always received great service.

Just bought my first bike in 20 years and had no idea if I'd be able to ride it, didn't know anything about bikes really at all. One of the employees, Theron, was super helpful and never seemed condescending about my complete and total ignorance concerning all things bike-related - and it helped that he actually lives within a couple of miles of me, it turned out, so he knew the area I would be riding in and was able to steer me more toward bikes that would be able to handle the gravel trails, steep hills, and pot holes in my neighborhood. Despite my total unfamiliarity with bikes and thus inability to articulate what was wrong with the fit, he just watched what I was doing to try to get more comfortable and was able to adjust the seat almost immediately so it fit better and was a lot comfier - just two adjustments and it felt much better! Plus he told me what he was doing, why, and the benefits. His knowledge and customer service gave me the confidence I needed to buy a bike, and then try riding it when I got home. Turns out I do remember (kind of), and the way he showed me at the shop to start from a dead stop was way easier than the method I remembered from back when I was maybe eight. Thanks so much!
