The customer service and follow-up at Absolute is also top notch. Whenever I have a question or maintenance issue, I call Matt directly and 95% of the time he can diagnose the problem right there on the phone, and get the parts on order (if needed) right away. This helps to minimize my machine down time and keep my laundry humming along.

Absolute is not about selling things you don't need. They truly want their customers to be successful as they know a happy customer is a return customer. This industry is all about word of mouth and referrals. If you ask around you will find that Absolute is one of the best around.
