Usually, when dealing with utility places, it's not a very good experience. This was entirely different. There was no wait in line. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The building is very modern and clean and very interestingly decorated with awesome Lake Oswego memorabilia all over the place. Including lots of art from local artists. I don't know why anyone would choose this place over another, or rather be presented with that choice at all but this is a nice place.
