I realized the electronic record thing was all new so it will take awhile to get the bugs out.
Everybody there was nice and friendly.
I had a hard time filling out the electronic medical record stuff and it took me awhile but I finally got it, but it was a good thing I wasn't sick LOL
My trip to concentra... Ah Well, as friendly as everyone is there, they need to workout the multi hour trip I had to spend there, twice in fact just for a work physical. I had an appointment for that dang thing! I’d understand if it took that long if I was a walk-in. The fact that I had an appt should get me to the first in line on each step of the list of stuff to get checked.but I Guess it doesn’t work that way. These trips took longer than my physical therapy last year...
Great people and great service. Wait times can be long if there are a lot of people so beware but if you have to wait long, they will sometimes give you some sort of snack which is really nice. There are also magazines and a TV for entertainment.
I had a great experience with an employer drug screening here and want to share my experience to hopefully balance out some of the negative reviews. I arrived as a walk-in on a Tuesday mid-morning and there were maybe 3 others waiting. I was greeted promptly and professionally the front desk staff. They have coffee and tea available in the waiting room and the television was showing The History Channel. I filled out my paperwork and waited approximately 40 minutes for my name to be called. The screener who assisted me was friendly and knowledgeable, and I was out the door 10 minutes later.
I liked it there because everybody was nice.
I waited an hour for lab work, then the medical support couldn’t find a vein so I went back the next day. Again she couldn’t find it so had another lady try. Finally she did. But then it gets even better. I had to go back the next day because they forgot or didn’t see a urine sample needed. Finally I had to go back for skin graph read the next day. 4 days for what could have been 2 days
