Booked many trips with Uniglobe Lake O. They work very hard to make sure all the small details are taken care of. The are professional, friendly, and work in a very timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
I used Mary to book my tour through Cosmos, and had a fairly disappointing experience. My family and I used her to book our tour, airfare, lodging, and airport transfer, and found from the beginning our trip did not go as advertised. We received the wrong paperwork from the beginning, our transport from the airport was two hours later than she told us it would be, my family and I found we were booked in rooms with strangers because our agent hadn't booked us in rooms together, and the tours that she strongly suggested we needed to book in advance to save our place cost us $15 more each than if we had just booked through the Cosmos company. We also found that our optional excursions and our last transfer back to the airport also cost us $15 more each than if we had waited and booked once we were on our trip. So over all, for the convenience I would never recommend this company.
